HevnStudios – Rental Agreement

“Company” refers to HevnStudios LLC.

“Premises” includes the Studio, Beauty Room, and any adjacent areas owned by HevnStudios.

“Renter” is the person or entity booking the Premises or equipment.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

All rental fees and any refundable deposits must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm and hold a reservation.

Any additional equipment, add-ons, or extended time added during the rental day must be reported to Company and either updated online or paid directly via Zelle, Credit, or Debit Card.

ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME

Renter’s appointment starts and ends as listed in the booking confirmation.

Setup and cleanup must occur within the booked time.

Guests must leave the premises promptly.

If guests are still present after the booking:

15 minutes late = ½ hour overtime fee

30 minutes late = Full overtime fee of $90

OVERTIME

Overtime must be pre-approved by a Company representative.

If approved, overtime must be paid in advance unless otherwise instructed.

Overtime Rate: $90.00/hour

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking will receive a full refund (including fees).

Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding fees).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered once, depending on availability.

No-shows or late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will be treated as cancellations.

A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left unclean or disorganized.

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED

Company provides the Studio and Beauty Room in good working condition but makes no specific guarantees about functionality or suitability for Renter’s purposes.

Renter may use furniture, lighting, backdrops, chairs, and any other available studio or beauty space equipment during the rental.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

Renter must notify Company immediately of any equipment malfunction or damage.

Renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their team, clients, or visitors, and agrees to pay for repairs or replacements within 3 business days.

LIABILITY & SAFETY

Renter assumes full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or property damage that may occur while on Premises.

Renter agrees to notify the Company in writing if any injury or equipment-related accident occurs, including details, witness names, and (if applicable) a police report.

Company is not liable for weather, power outages, or emergencies beyond its control.

CONDUCT

Renter is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all people they bring onto the Premises.

A Company representative may be present at any time during the rental.

Dangerous, illegal, pornographic, or negligent activity is strictly prohibited.

Company reserves the right to end the session immediately, without refund, if any misconduct is observed.

BEAUTY SPACE RULES (Applies to Beauty Room Only)

Beauty Room is to be used only for makeup application, kit condensing, or beauty services.

No other services are permitted unless approved by Company in advance.

No adhesives, glitter, permanent materials, or unauthorized substances may be used.

Aerosol sprays, open flames, and strong chemicals are prohibited.

Surfaces and tools must be wiped down and sanitized after use.

INSURANCE (For Businesses or Productions)

If required, the Renter must present a certificate of general liability insurance naming HevnStudios LLC as additionally insured for the rental date(s).

Coverage should include $1,000,000 per occurrence and an annual aggregate minimum.

ARBITRATION

Any disputes under this Agreement will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party pays its share of the arbitration fees.

Legal fees may be awarded to the party enforcing the arbitration or award.

Disputes involving amounts under $200 may be exempt from arbitration.
